Engineer since 1999. Service quality specialist since 2009. Voice AI builder since 2022. Rafał operates at the intersection of three worlds — and that combination is what makes Voicetta different. He applies 15+ years of TQM methodology and 5-star hospitality standards directly to how Voicetta's AI models are trained, tested, and continuously improved. He is actively building the team and open to a technical co-founder who shares the mission of raising the standard in voice AI.
